We collect account names, email addresses, password hashes, verification records, submitted articles and events, review actions, listing claims, saved items, area preferences, inquiries and correction requests to operate the service. Your display name appears with articles you author or validate. Account email addresses and claim evidence are available to administrators, not displayed as article bylines.

Saved items and area preferences are private to your account. In-site updates report changes to followed centers, saved events and your submissions. These updates do not send automatic email. Anonymous request status uses an unguessable private link: anyone you share it with can read the status and requester-facing reply. Keep that link private. Internal review notes are available only to administrators.

Session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Sign-in and recovery codes are emailed to your account address. Browser preferences store your selected text size and contrast setting. Server logs and rate limits help diagnose problems and prevent abuse.

Public browsing pages may load advertisements from AdEngine. Those requests can disclose your IP address, browser information, and the referring site to the provider. Site styling, scripts, fonts, and discovery features are hosted on SeniorCenter.info; they do not call an external AI or optimization service. AdEngine records ad delivery and interaction information. Login, account, article review, request-status and contact-form screens do not display advertisements.

Donation, store, auction, and other external links take you to separately operated sites with their own privacy and payment terms. SeniorCenter.info does not collect your card details or process center donations.

We retain account and submission records as needed to provide the service, preserve publication history, and investigate misuse. Contact weldon@weldonpc.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for security, history, or legal obligations. Do not submit sensitive medical or financial information.
